IN MY GARDEN

I really thought I would not write this article in time. I will not be able to get inspiration from a quick walk in the garden. But from my hospital bed, with a good mental picture, I will give it a go. Ken tells me there are nice little flowers on a small daffodil until a snail found them, but not to be dismayed there are two more buds coming. It is Narcissus cantabricus petunioides, a little charmer. When Ken comes to visit each day my first question is "How are you?” followed by “What is in flower in the garden?”.
